Two pond dam reconstructions from being washed out during a flood event. Both dam breaches were excavated out, removing all loose, washed-out, and saturated material until reaching firm, stable bottom. Cutting back the damaged area with stable side slopes to accept the new soil. Next a keyway is excavated/benched in to so the new fill bonds with the existing. The new material is laid in 12" compacted lifts until matching existing dam heights, and blended to the sides. Lastly the spillways were improved to avoid a future overflow issue.

New driveway alignment project, a large 20'x8' boulder had caused the existing driveway to be to narrow for safe access for large vehicles, the boulder was hammered out and removed. Then the driveway widened, regraded and paved.
